The tea of the Phoenix Mountains, between smoked leaf and stone.

On the Phoenix Mountains — 凤凰山 (Fenghuangshan) — of Guangdong grow the tea plants of the famous Dan Cong oolong. Here ChuJian unfolds an aromatic-woody composition of great complexity: smoked oolong tea, tobacco leather and sandalwood, illuminated by citrus, myrrh and a touch of rum. A refined, contemplative sillage, where tea meets stone.

Top (0–30 min) — Citrus, Bergamot, Myrrh, Rum: a citrusy, resinous start, warmed by a drop of rum.
Heart (30 min–3 h) — Oolong Tea, Jasmine, Orange Blossom, Orris Root, Rose: the smoked oolong tea, woven with flowers and powdery iris.
Base (3–8 h) — Sandalwood, Vetiver, Brazilian Rosewood, Musk, Cedarwood, Tobacco, Amberwood, Ambroxan: a woody sillage, tobacco leather and sandalwood, dense and refined.
