In metropolitan France, allow 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. For Europe, delivery times vary between 5 and 10 working days. For international shipments (USA and others), allow 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination and customs formalities. Free shipping in France from 60€, in Europe from 120€.

Absolutely. We are official retailers of all the brands offered on Passion Parfum. Each perfume comes directly from our partner brands, guaranteeing total authenticity and impeccable quality. No counterfeits, no reconditioned bottles.

For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. However, if the product is damaged, does not match the order, or has a defect, we will find a solution together. Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
