In mainland France, allow 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. For Europe, times vary between 5 and 10 business days. For international shipments (USA and others), allow 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs formalities. Free shipping in France from €60, in Europe from €120, and from €300 for the rest of the world.

Absolutely. We are the official retailer of every house offered on Passion Parfum. Each perfume comes directly from our partner houses, guaranteeing total authenticity and impeccable quality. No counterfeits, no repackaged bottles.

For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. However, if the product is damaged, does not match the order or has a defect, we will find a solution together. Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
