The house
Adi ale Van
Adi ale Van is a house of olfactory art founded in 2021 in Romania by the artist of the same name. Everything is handmade, in limited editions: the bottle, the stopper, the decoration and the box are painted and assembled one by one, so that no piece can ever be reproduced identically. The extraits range from 22% to 40% concentration and macerate for 4 to 30 months before bottling. The compositions are signed by Jimmy Bodin, Giovanni Festa, Anne-Sophie Behaghel, Antonio Alessandria, Camille Chemardin, Michele Marin, Flavius Calaj and David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi. The inspiration comes from Romanian rural traditions, family memory and a folklore the house helps to preserve.

The heat of the oven
Oven Veil takes its name literally: not the cake itself, but the gust of hot air that escapes from the oven. Chocolate, hazelnut and cherry, but also pumpkin and clove: a spicy fall gourmand, broader than a simple dessert. Currently available from the house.

Opening: chocolate
Chocolate, brownie accord and hazelnut open instantly gourmand; cherry brings a red tartness that avoids the chocolate-spread effect.
Heart: squash and spice
Orange, pumpkin, clove and almond give a spicy, slightly vegetal heart, very autumnal. This is what sets Oven Veil apart from classic gourmands.
Base: cocoa
Vanilla and cocoa beans close on a roasted, dry, enveloping base, without excess sugar despite the 40% extrait.
