These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) are provided by the company Passion Parfum, registered under SIRET number 93090392700018, with its registered office at 26 Rue de la grande Brière, 78180 Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France.
Passion Parfum operates the website https://passion-parfum.com, which offers cosmetics and perfumery products for sale.
These TCS define the rights and obligations of Passion Parfum and its customers, exclusively private individuals, in the context of the sale of products presented on the website. Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS by the customer.
Order Process:
Customers may place orders on https://passion-parfum.com either by creating an account or as guests.
The ordering process includes the following steps:
The customer selects products and adds them to the cart.
They confirm their shipping and billing information.
The customer completes payment using the available methods on the website.
Once payment is validated, an order confirmation email is sent, and a confirmation page is displayed on the site.
Order Confirmation:
After payment validation, Passion Parfum sends an order confirmation email to the address provided by the customer. The email summarises the ordered products, shipping information, and total amount paid.
The sales contract is deemed concluded once Passion Parfum confirms the order by email.
Order Cancellation or Modification:
Once validated, an order cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer. However, in case of an issue or error, the customer should promptly contact Passion Parfum’s customer service to seek a possible solution.
Price Display:
All product prices displayed on https://passion-parfum.com are in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are excluded and added at checkout. Total payable amount, including delivery fees, is displayed before final order validation.

Payment Timing and Validation:
Payment is due upon order. No shipment will occur before full payment is received.

Passion Parfum delivers throughout the European Union only. No deliveries will be made outside this area.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs depend on the product quantity, weight, and destination. Fees are calculated and displayed before final order confirmation.
Delivery Delays:
In case of a delay, Passion Parfum will seek an amicable resolution, such as partial refund or store credit. Customers experiencing delivery issues should promptly contact customer service.
Shipments Outside Europe:
For shipments outside the EU, Passion Parfum cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or delays during international transport.
Orders shipped outside Europe are under the customer’s responsibility once handled by the carrier.
No compensation, replacement, or refund will be granted in case of loss, theft, damage, or customs blockage.
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with applicable law, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty.
However, this right only applies if the returned products remain in their original packaging, unopened, and unused, especially for perfumes and cosmetics for hygiene and safety reasons.
Withdrawal Procedure:
To exercise this right, customers must email their request to staff@passion-parfum.com.
Products must be returned to the address provided by Passion Parfum, at the customer’s expense, in their original, complete, and properly packaged condition.
Refund:
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be issued within 14 days.
Refunds may be made either as store credit valid on https://passion-parfum.com or by returning the original payment via the same method used for the order.
Legal Warranty:
All products sold on https://passion-parfum.com are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
These warranties apply for a period of 2 years from receipt of the product.
Non-Conformity:
If a product is defective or not as described, the customer must notify Passion Parfum by email at staff@passion-parfum.com with details.
Depending on the case, Passion Parfum may offer replacement, repair, or refund after verifying the issue.
Limitation of Liability:
Passion Parfum shall not be liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents. In such cases, the warranty may not apply.

In case of any dispute related to their interpretation or execution, both parties will seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. Customers may also use a mediation or alternative dispute resolution procedure pursuant to Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Passion Parfum cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil its contractual obligations due to a force majeure event.
Force majeure refers to any unforeseeable, irresistible events beyond the parties’ control, as defined under French law and case law — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, fires, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or any situation preventing performance of obligations.
In such cases, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. If it lasts more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order without compensation.
