In case of a delivery delay, please wait a few additional days and check the tracking status before contacting us. If your parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will arrange a reshipment or a refund according to your preference.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage or missing items, please refuse the parcel or make precise reservations on the delivery slip.
