Shipping and Delivery Conditions

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver worldwild.

For any requests outside these zones, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are prepared within 24-48 hours excluding weekends after payment confirmation.

Delivery time varies depending on destination and chosen carrier, generally between 24 - 72 hours.

3. Shipping Fees

Fees are automatically calculated during checkout according to weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

Free shipping is offered for purchases over €120 in Europe and €300 for the rest of the world.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number is sent by email.

5. Delays and Delivery Failures

We disclaim all responsibility for delays related to the carrier or events beyond our control (strike, holiday period, force majeure, etc.).

In case of an incorrect or incomplete address causing a return, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

6. Claims and Damaged Parcels

It is important to check the condition of the package upon delivery.

If any damage is noted, the customer must immediately state reservations with the carrier and contact us within 3 days to initiate a claim.

7. Shipments Outside Europe

For shipments to countries located outside the European Union, Passion Parfum cannot be held responsible for losses, parcel damage, or delays during international transport.

Any order shipped outside Europe is under the client’s responsibility as soon as it is handed over to the carrier.

No compensation, replacement, or refund will be granted in case of loss, theft, damage, or customs blockage.
