The narcissus, immortal of the waters, symbol of renewal.

The narcissus — 水仙 (shuixian), “the immortal of the waters” — cultivated and carved in China for the New Year, a symbol of purity and renewal. Sparkling citrus and a stroke of black pepper awaken a heart of narcissus and lavender, before a chypre base of patchouli, benzoin and moss. Fresh, green and luminous.

Top (0–30 min) — Lime, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Black Pepper: sparkling citrus, lifted by black pepper.
Heart (30 min–3 h) — Narcissus, Lavender, Rose: a green narcissus heart, between lavender and rose.
Base (3–8 h) — Patchouli, Benzoin, Moss: a chypre base, patchouli and moss softened by benzoin.
