Velvet rose and ambergris: the nobility of a treasure brought from the sea.

Ambergris, 龙涎 (longxian), “dragon’s saliva” in Chinese tradition, was among the rarest treasures brought back from the sea. ChuJian pairs it with rose for an accord of high nobility: a velvety rose heart, warmed by the ambery minerality of Ambroxan and wrapped in powdery musks. Sensual, deep, addictive.

Top (0-30 min): Rose, Pink Pepper. The fresh brightness of a vivid rose, awakened by a peppery touch.
Heart (30 min-3 h): Rose, Cedarwood. The rose thickens, velvety, set against a dry cedar.
Base (3-8 h): Ambroxan, White Musk, Cashmere Wood, Powdery Woody Notes, Amber. An ambery warmth, mineral and powdery, that clings to the skin.
