The house
Adi ale Van
Adi ale Van is a house of olfactory art founded in 2021 in Romania by the artist of the same name. Everything is handmade, in limited editions: the bottle, the stopper, the decoration and the box are painted and assembled one by one, so that no piece can ever be reproduced identically. The extraits range from 22% to 40% concentration and macerate for 4 to 30 months before bottling. The compositions are signed by Jimmy Bodin, Giovanni Festa, Anne-Sophie Behaghel, Antonio Alessandria, Camille Chemardin, Michele Marin, Flavius Calaj and David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi. The inspiration comes from Romanian rural traditions, family memory and a folklore the house helps to preserve.

The scent of a date
December 1989, the Romanian revolution. Adi ale Van does not compose an anthem but a childhood memory: the oranges that could no longer be found, the Sunday cake, the sweet smell of a home where something had just shifted. It is the house's most popular fragrance, and the easiest to love.

Apple, orange and lemon open fresh and luminous, the fruit basket of a winter that is generous at last.
Heart: the pastry
Vanilla pod and hazelnut form a creamy, roasted heart, very gourmand yet never cloying thanks to the lingering freshness.
Base: vanilla and rum
Vanilla absolute, Madagascar vanilla and rum sign off with a deep, woody-liqueur base and remarkable longevity at 32% extrait.
