Finding your niche perfume from the ones you already love

A questionnaire asks what you think you like. The workshop starts from what you actually wear. Every perfume you name, among more than 16,000 reference perfumes from great classics to niche creations, is read note by note: top, heart and base. The workshop builds your scent profile from them and ranks our selection by how close each perfume is to that profile.

How do I find a niche perfume that suits me?

Name two or three perfumes you wear or have loved. The workshop works out the families, the dominant notes and the intensity you enjoy, then places every perfume in our selection on a map, from freshest to warmest and from driest to sweetest. Then refine with the notes you love or avoid, the season and your budget.

Which niche perfume should I choose if I like Baccarat Rouge 540 or Sauvage?

It depends on what you enjoy in them: the sweet amber and saffron of Baccarat Rouge 540, the bergamot and ambroxan of Sauvage. Add them to the workshop: the selection reorders at once and each suggestion shows the notes it shares with them.

Why tell you about the perfumes I dislike?

A perfume you cannot stand often says more than one you love. It rules out a note or a family, an oud that is too animalic or a vanilla that is too sweet, before you can even name it.

How can I try a perfume before buying the bottle?

Many of our perfumes come as 2 ml samples. Based on your taste, the workshop puts together a set of three samples: the closest to your profile, a neighbour and a bolder choice.

What if I don't know any perfume?

Go straight to the notes: type the ones you like, vanilla, iris, oud or citrus, or sort the ones the workshop shows you one by one. Your selection is built from those choices alone.
